Vaggie is a remarkable Pug and Chihuahua mix who has proven her strength and resilience from a very young age. At approximately 6 months old, she has already overcome significant challenges, including losing her front left leg due to an attack by another dog when she was just a tiny puppy. Despite the uncertainty of her surgery at such a young age, she fought through it and is now a healthy, active tripod pup who doesn't let anything slow her down. She is a girl with a lot of personality and a strong protective instinct. Vaggie is very brave and will bark to alert of any intruder or whenever someone enters or leaves the house; future adopters should consider this regarding neighbors. Although she is vocal, she tends to move away from strangers initially. However, once she understands that she will not be harmed, she is a submissive, very friendly, and sweet girl. Her great passion is toys, and it is common to see her carrying toys that are even bigger than she is!

Vaggie is a healthy, active tripod pup who has recovered from her amputation surgery. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations, including DHPPI and Rabies. She has also been dewormed and microchipped.

While Vaggie is brave and a good watchdog, she tends to move away from strangers initially and can be somewhat nervous with physical contact. Building trust with her will be important, and once she feels secure, she is a submissive, very friendly, and sweet girl. She absolutely adores toys and can often be seen carrying ones much bigger than herself!
