I’m Sadie! ?? I’m a 4-year-old mixed breed with a gentle heart and a loyal, loving spirit. I find joy in life’s simple pleasures like soaking up the sunshine, taking leisurely walks, and snuggling close to my favorite people. Shelter life can be a little overwhelming for me, and the noise and activity sometimes make me feel anxious. But once I’m in a calm, comfortable environment, my true personality shines. I’m a sweet, affectionate companion who loves being near my people and forming strong bonds with those I trust. I walk beautifully on a leash, know how to sit, and get along well with other dogs. I’ve been through a lot, but my sweet spirit has never faded. I deserve a family who will see past my temporary recovery and recognize the loving, loyal companion waiting underneath. Ideal Home

I would do best with a laid-back canine companion who shares my easygoing nature. I could really use a soft place to land while I heal, whether that's a foster home or, even better, my forever home.

Ongoing Health

Recently, I underwent surgery to repair a torn ACL, and I’m recovering wonderfully. The Humane Society of Forsyth County will continue to cover all medical care related to my surgery and recovery, so my future family can focus on what matters most—helping me feel loved and supported.
