Pete has overcome some challenges, so he'll need a little extra time to decompress and adjust to new surroundings. With your kindness and commitment, Pete will blossom and learn to trust, forging a bond that will last a lifetime.

Though Pete might be hesitant and insecure at first, his loyalty and affection are unmatched once he feels comfortable. In return for your patience, you'll gain a devoted companion who enjoys being by your side through thick and thin. He is the ultimate work-from-home buddy, happily lounging at your feet all day. When the workday is done, he's the perfect couch cuddler and all-around companion.

Ideal Home

Pete would do best in a home with older children who are respectful when he's feeling unsure. He prefers a feline-free environment.

Pete is up to date on all his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Pete has mastered his house training and crate training, and is eager to show off these skills! He has been fostered in a home with several other dogs, big and small, old and young. While proper introductions are always necessary, Pete, a medium-energy guy, enjoys daily romps in the yard with his friends.
