Grace Hargraves

Grace is a beautiful, sturdy, and incredibly smart 3-year-old girl with perky ears that are perfect for scratching! She has a lot of energy but happily naps during work hours. Grace was an excellent mom to 10 puppies and is now ready to find her own forever home. She is completely potty and crate trained, and loves her kennel for naps and overnight sleeping. Grace is working on advanced tricks like rolling over and shaking a paw, and is practicing being more zen about squirrels on walks. She is very strong, so she'll need your full attention on walks for a while. Grace lives with her foster parents and no other pets or children, and notices when her people are away. She is a deeply loyal dog who forms strong bonds. Grace has some past trauma that she is working through with her fosters and Save-A-Bull. She can have a difficult time initially meeting men, but can overcome this with a proper introduction.

Ideal Home

Grace would thrive in a home that can appreciate her worth and give her the love and attention she deserves. She would do best in a home where she is the only pet and where there are no children.

Training & Support

Grace is potty and crate trained, and knows basic commands like sit and lie down. She is working on rolling over, shaking a paw, and becoming less reactive to squirrels on walks. Due to her past, she may need continued patience and understanding when meeting new people, especially men.
