Bitsy

Pretty, young Bitsy is ready for a new beginning with you! Bitsy is about 2 years old and weighs 48 lbs. She may look like a dog, but really, she is a social butterfly! She is so loving to people, super cuddly, loves to get hugs, and if you let her, will show you what a great lap dog she is! As she is a healthy young dog, Bitsy is very athletic and also very smart and treat motivated. Bitsy does okay with some dogs, but mostly ones bigger than her. Bitsy loves making new human friends, but should probably be in a home without small children (kids over 13 ok). Oh, and she absolutely loves her toys and looks so adorable with them! In early December 2024, Bitsy was found as a frightened stray in the big, bustling city and brought to the chaotic, overcrowded shelter. Having been through so much in her short life, Bitsy was even more terrified there and that fear put her on the at-risk for euthanasia list within the month. Still, as she crawled into every lap she could, desperately seeking comfort, Bitsy stole literally everyone’s hearts. Thankfully, a foster opened their home to Bitsy, allowing us to rescue her and save her life. Now, she is waiting for her life to begin - could that be with you? Bitsy is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped and ready to snuggle into you!
