Meet Cricket!
This tiny little guy got his name honestly-he runs, hops and bounces around just like a cricket. At only 5.4 pounds, Cricket may be small, but he's packed full of personality, love, and charm. Cricket's story started sadly when he was found abandoned at an apartment complex. He desperately wanted someone to love him and kept following children around, but they were stomping their feet trying to scare him away. Thankfully a kind gentleman scooped up this little fellow and got him to safety. No owner was ever found and now Cricket is ready to find the family he truly deserves. Cricket is the perfect little purse-sized companion. He's crate trained, rides easily wherever life takes you, and isn't much of a barker unless he's having a good time playing with other dogs in his foster home. He absolutely loves other dogs, adores stuffie toys, and enjoys both playtime and cuddle time equally, and naps too! Don't let his tiny size fool you--he's energetic and playful when it's time for fun, but he's also incredibly loving and affectionate, even Dr. Macy, his veterinarian, couldn't resist carrying him around like a baby. If you are looking for a devoted little shadow who will happily tag along on all of life's adventures and then snuggle up in your lap afterward, Cricket may be your perfect match. Ideal Home
Because Cricket is so small, his future family will need to be mindful of his size. He cannot be dropped or allowed to jump from furniture and for that reason we're looking for a home without young children.
Ongoing Health
Cricket is current on all vaccines, on Credelio and Interceptor Plus prevention and will go to the vet for a full exam to obtain a Health Certificate before traveling. He is neutered and microchipped.
Training & Support
Cricket is crate trained and is not much of a barker unless he is playing with other dogs. He loves other dogs and stuffie toys.
