Meet Jasper! This adorable 5-year-old Papillon/Shih Tzu mix is a true bundle of joy and the life of any party! Jasper is a fun-loving and outgoing little guy who thrives on being in the middle of all the action. He adores playtime and absolutely beams when he has interaction, whether that's joining in with other dogs or getting showered with attention from his favorite people. Jasper gets along wonderfully with other dogs and brings a happy, energetic vibe wherever he goes. He's sure to be a wonderful companion for a lucky family!

Ongoing Health
Jasper has a grade 4 heart murmur. Despite this, he remains a happy, social, and energetic dog. All rescue dogs receive medical care before adoption, including being spayed/neutered (if age appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed.
Training & Support
As with many rescue dogs, Jasper may need patience, consistency, and training in his new home. Potty training should be assumed to be in progress unless otherwise stated in his bio.

Transportation
Jasper is currently being fostered in Adair County, KY. Transport is available for approved adopters in select locations, including Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania. Transport is only available after application approval, deposit payment, and signing a transport agreement.
