Spud

Spud is an American Corgi who is about a year and a half old and ready for his new home. He enjoys pets without being overly clingy and can be a wonderful companion for the right family.

Ideal Home

• Good with cats and other dogs when properly introduced and acclimated.
• Good with older kids.
• Spud prefers that his feet not be touched.

Ongoing Health

• Up to date on vaccines.
• Neutered.
• Uses calming medication for veterinary visits.
• Will receive veterinary checks and health care before going home.

Training & Support

• Crate trained and housebroken; currently uses a dog door.
• Includes basic obedience and manners, initial potty training, vaccinations, deworming, and veterinary records.
• Needs some additional leash-training work.

Application Details

• Price: $600 before taxes and fees, including a $200 deposit and $400 final payment.
• Applications start by contacting the provider through Wags.

Transportation

• Pickup is available at the provider’s home in Abingdon, VA.
• A meetup can be arranged within eastern Kentucky, southwest Virginia, northeast Tennessee, or western North Carolina.
