Ketchup

Hi there, I'm Ketchup! I'm a handsome boy, born in April of 2023. My DNA reveals a delightful mix of breeds, including American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, Chow, Australian Shepherd, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, Neapolitan Mastiff, and Bulldog. I'm a medium-coated, large boy with a striking white and black coat.

I'm currently in need of both a foster and a forever home. While I might be a little shy when we first meet, those who know me describe me as a sweet and affectionate pooch. I was in a temporary home where I showed I love lounging on the couch or my comfy dog bed. I'm also a polite boy who will sit by the door when I need to go outside, and I know my name and how to sit! I didn't beg for food, choosing instead to relax on the couch or my bed until mealtime was over.

Ideal Home

I would thrive in a calm, gentle environment with carpeted floors where I can feel safe and comfortable. I may need a little time to adjust to new surroundings, but once I do, I promise to fill your life with love and companionship. It was noted that I seemed a bit scared of the dark and didn't fully warm up to the male in my previous temporary home, so a patient and understanding family is key.

Training & Support

I walk well with other dogs at the kennel and wasn't reactive on walks in my temporary home. If you have a canine companion already, please bring them for a meet and greet! It's unknown how I'll do with cats or children, so a meet-and-greet would be essential for any potential resident pets.
