Meet Kathy Ann Rudd. I live in Northeast Texas. I am a very conscientious, in-home breeder dedicated to raising beautiful, healthy Coton de Tulear puppies who are hand-raised with much love and attention. As an experienced, ethical hobby breeder, I do not run a kennel. I own two retired girls and, one breeding pair, (all AKC registered and pedigreed) Coton de Tulear. My dogs and puppies are a part of my family. I give them a lot of love, attention and the best of care. This makes them very friendly, confident, playful and fun little carriers of love who integrate well into their new family environments. I try to live my life with much integrity, love for God, family, people, my dogs and puppies. I have built a wonderful reputation over the years with my puppies' families. I have many testimonies of very satisfied puppy parents.
