Kenya

Kenya is a 1.5-year-old love bug who is incredibly friendly and eager to be by your side. She walks well on a leash with a little excitement and pulls a bit, but she's ready to go wherever you want to go! Kenya adores affection and will lean on you or want to be in your lap. She knows "sit," "shake," and "sit pretty" and takes treats gently, though she can be a bit particular about them. Kenya isn't very interested in toys, preferring human companionship above all else. Be prepared for some enthusiastic greetings, as she might jump up or get a little scratchy if you're not expecting it. She's a true stage-five clinger who wants to be close to you!

Ideal Home

A home where Kenya can receive plenty of affection and attention would be ideal. She thrives on being near her people.

Ongoing Health

Kenya is current on her shots, licensed, and microchipped. She has been heartworm tested and is on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention. She will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Kenya knows a few basic commands but may need continued guidance with impulse control when she's overly excited with affection. She is not interested in toys at this time, but this could change in a new environment.
