Sydney

Sydney is a sweet 2-year-old female Kai Dog mix who weighs 55 pounds. She came to the shelter in January as a stray with her puppy. Sydney was a devoted mother, doing her best to survive and protect her baby. Her puppy has since been adopted, but Sydney is still waiting for her forever home. She has been patiently watching other dogs leave, hoping it will be her turn soon.

Sydney has shared kennels with multiple dogs and has shown that she can coexist and make dog friends. She's done her time, been patient, and done everything asked of her. Into the Wild Farm rescued her at the end of April.

Ideal Home

Sydney would do well in a home where she can finally relax and feel safe. She has a history of being dog-friendly, so a home with a canine companion could be a great fit for her.

Ongoing Health

Sydney has no known ongoing health conditions. She has not yet been spayed or vaccinated.

Training & Support

Sydney is not yet house-trained. Guidance and patience will be key to helping her adjust to a new environment and learn new routines.
