Meet Henry!
Henry is an eight-year-old Goldendoodle with a heart full of goofy charm and a coat of golden fluff. He's a 75-pound bundle of joy who still thinks he's a lap-sized puppy, eager to snuggle up with his favorite people. Henry is a social butterfly on walks, showing off excellent leash manners and a friendly smile that wins over everyone he meets. He's a smart cookie too, knowing "sit," "stay," and "give paw," and he's even had formal obedience training, making him a great partner for all sorts of adventures.
When the adventure is over, Henry loves nothing more than to relax by your side. He's a fan of squeaky toys, a good Nylabone chew, and splashing around in the water. Car rides are a blast, and he cherishes quality time with his family. Henry is also a pro at settling down when left alone for short periods, and his ideal day includes three small meals, a few walks, and lights out around 9 p.m.
Henry is a people-pleaser who gets along wonderfully with children of all ages and other dogs. His experience with cats is a mystery, as he hasn't had many feline friends. Loud noises like fireworks and thunderstorms can be a bit scary for him, so a calm and reassuring home environment would be perfect.
Henry is neutered, microchipped, house-trained, vaccinated, and keeps up his handsome appearance with regular grooming every six to eight weeks. He has a simple daily routine for managing his Addison's disease with one oral medication and a monthly cortisol injection, which keeps him feeling his best. He also has a special diet to accommodate a chicken allergy.
Henry is looking for a loving family to continue his daily walks and enjoy his affectionate habit of claiming laps. He's ready to bring laughter, loyalty, and endless companionship to any home, whether it's a single person, a couple, or a bustling family. Could Henry be the joyful friend you've been dreaming of?
