Meet Ginger, a sweet 5-year-old, 45 lb pit mix who's ready to find her forever home! Ginger spent most of her life as a stray, so she can be a little shy and submissive at first. But don't let that fool you – underneath that gentle exterior is an incredibly loving and devoted companion who just wants to be by your side. Once she feels safe and secure, her affectionate nature truly blossoms. She’s the type of dog who forms a deep bond and will be your most loyal friend, soaking up all the love you have to give and returning it tenfold in the most heartwarming ways.

Ideal Home

Ginger would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can continue to build her confidence. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and is also great with children. While she hasn't been around cats in her foster home, she hasn't shown any prey drive, and we're happy to do a cat test if needed.

Ongoing Health

Ginger is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Ginger is already potty trained and has excellent house manners, making her a low-stress addition to any household. She is also non-destructive.

Transporation

Ginger is currently located in Texas but is available for adoption locally or out of state. We coordinate safe transport for our adoptees and offer video meet-and-greets to help ensure a perfect match before she travels to her new home.
