Honey fka Sydney

Honey, about 4 years old, is a sweet Mama dog with a Great Pyrenees and Beagle mix. She's had a challenging start in life, as she and other dogs lived on a farm with limited kind human interaction. We're patiently working with Honey to build trust, and she's showing slow but steady progress thanks to her wonderful foster home. Her puppies have all found their forever families, and now it's time for Honey to find hers!

Ideal Home

Honey would do best in a home with another dog, as she seems to do well with canine companions. A securely fenced yard is a must, as she is not yet comfortable on a leash.

Ongoing Health

Honey will need to be spayed. Her ongoing socialization and trust-building will be an important part of her continued care.

Training & Support

Honey is still learning to trust humans and requires continued socialization. With patience and love, she is showing us her gentle and quiet nature.
