Come meet Cordelia! 🤎🐶

Sweet Cordelia has come such a long way since arriving at the shelter. While she's still a little shy when meeting new people, she's blossoming into a loving, affectionate girl who now seeks out attention and enjoys cuddling with her favorite people. She'll happily climb into your lap for snuggles once she trusts you! This gentle girl loves treats (especially cheese, bacon strips, pupperoni, and other tasty snacks!), enjoys bouncing around the yard like a little bunny, and has been making great progress on her leash walks every day. She's also done well sharing a kennel with her friend, Viola, and having a confident canine companion seems to help her continue building confidence. Cordelia would thrive with a patient family willing to let her settle in at her own pace. Watching her confidence grow has been incredibly rewarding, and we know her perfect home is out there waiting for her. 💕

Cordelia is a 2-year-old, 30 lb female mixed breed.

Ongoing Health

Cordelia is spayed, vaccinated, flea & tick treated, on heartworm prevention, heartworm & Lyme negative, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Cordelia has been making great progress on her leash walks. She is still a little shy when meeting new people.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Visit the shelter Monday-Friday from 12 PM-5 PM or Saturday from 11 AM-3 PM to meet all of our available dogs.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to allow enough time to complete the adoption process.

Transporation

Cordelia is located at 9331 State Route 124 Hillsboro, OH. We are open Monday through Friday 12-5 pm and Saturday 11-3 pm. You can meet the animals in person to adopt.
