Foster Rick

Rick is a handsome 10-month-old, 40lb neutered male who arrived with his brother, Mike, from a shelter in Mississippi. Rick has been doing wonderfully with other dogs and is a confident boy! He is a bit more timid than his brother, so he would thrive in a home with another dog to show him the ropes and help him gain even more confidence. Rick is looking for a foster family to help him secure his freedom ride from Mississippi to Illinois on April 19. If you're interested in fostering Rick, please read on!

Rescued Rascals will provide all the necessary supplies to make fostering a success, including dog food, a crate, leash, collar, and food bowls. All we ask is that you provide a loving and nurturing home until Rick finds his forever family. Foster families are given the first opportunity to adopt their foster dog before they are made available for general adoption.

Ideal Home

Rick would do best in a home with another confident dog to show him the way.

Ongoing Health

Rick is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rick has no known behavioral issues, but as a young dog, he will benefit from continued training and socialization.
