Sebastian, a 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, is looking for his forever home! This sweet, quiet boy weighs about 3 pounds and is sure to grow into a wonderful companion. Sebastian and his littermates were found abandoned in Houston and brought to safety. Despite his small size, Sebastian has a big heart and loves nothing more than to snuggle up in your arms. He's a gentle and loving pup who will make a wonderful best friend.
Ideal Home
Sebastian would love a home where he can be your number one snuggler! He's still learning about the world and will need a family committed to helping him grow into a confident and well-mannered adult dog. He is believed to do well with children, cats, and other dogs, but introductions should be gentle and supervised, especially with other pets due to his tiny size. Homes with experienced and gentle small dog owners are preferred.
Ongoing Health
No specific health concerns were mentioned in the description. As with all puppies, he will need regular veterinary care as he grows.
Training & Support
Sebastian is still working on potty training and crate training, as expected for a puppy his age. His new family should be prepared to provide consistent training, frequent potty breaks, positive reinforcement, and plenty of patience. He thrives with structure, routine, and supervision. Because he is so young, he cannot be left alone for long periods. A home where someone is present more often than not is ideal, or if you work outside the home for more than 4 hours, another adult must be available to care for him during the day.
