Daryl

Daryl is a handsome 4-year-old tri-color Beagle mix who weighs around 46.8 lbs. He's a mellow fellow who appreciates the simple pleasures in life, like napping in sunbeams, gazing out the window, and receiving a perfectly placed scratch. Daryl enjoys a relaxed pace and isn't looking for a home filled with high-energy activities. While he can be a bit shy around new people, it only takes him a little while to warm up. Once he's comfortable, he's incredibly loving and affectionate.

Ideal Home

Daryl would thrive in a calm environment where he can relax and enjoy his favorite pastimes. He'd prefer a home with older children, ideally 10 years and up, and he'd like to meet them before adoption. He can get nervous around younger children, so a home without them might be best. Daryl also recommends meeting any resident dogs before going home together to ensure everyone gets along.
