Lil Baby is a beautiful, smart, and observant pup who’s overcome a tough past and is ready for a loving forever home. She may be a little cautious at first, but with patience and consistency, she blossoms into an affectionate, playful girl who loves toys, zoomies, and spending time with her people. She’s an active dog who enjoys daily walks and playtime, and she already knows commands like sit, come, and wait. Lil Baby was rescued from an abandoned building in NYC and has come a long way. She’s a loyal, loving companion who just needs the right home to continue to thrive.

Ideal Home

Lil Baby is best suited for an adult home or one with older children. Thoughtful, slow introductions are recommended for dog interactions, as she had glowing notes at the shelter, but interactions are still being evaluated.

Training & Support

Lil Baby can get mouthy during play and is still working on her manners, so she’ll do best with an experienced owner who can continue her training. She is crate trained and mostly house-trained with a routine. She does experience some separation anxiety and may cry in her crate, so a home where someone is able to be patient with her as she overcomes this, or is around more often would be ideal.
