A little about them

Winfield is a sweet, gentle, curious puppy who made the trip from Texas to Minnesota with his siblings. He loves exploring fenced yards, sniffing new scents, playing with toys, enjoying belly rubs, and curling up in available laps. This brindle Pit Bull Terrier mix is food motivated, people-focused, and full of potential.

Ideal Home

Winfield would do best with a patient family and older children, ideally age 10 and up, who understand how to give a puppy space while he gets comfortable. He has not yet met cats or young children. Another dog could be a wonderful companion, though introductions should be slow and thoughtful; he could also be happy as the only dog.

Ongoing Health

Winfield is vaccinated and neutered. No medical conditions or health test results are provided.

Training & Support

Winfield enjoys his kennel and sleeps there for up to eight hours overnight without accidents. His potty training is progressing well, and he signals when he needs to go outside. He is still learning and will benefit from continued training, confidence-building, treats, praise, and patient support as he experiences new things.
