Nellie

Nellie is a sweet and active 3-year-old terrier who absolutely LOVES her toys! She is a playful girl who enjoys a game of chase and spending time with her foster mom. Nellie also gets along wonderfully with the other dogs and cats in her foster home. She can be a bit shy and takes some time to warm up to new people, but once she bonds with her new family, she becomes extremely affectionate.

Ideal Home

Nellie would thrive in a home where her adopters understand she needs time and patience to feel comfortable around new people. Because she is shy, introductions to new individuals will be conducted at her foster home. Applicants should be prepared to spend some time with her during these introductions to help her show her true, sweet personality.

Ongoing Health

Nellie is up-to-date on vaccinations, is spayed, and has been microchipped.

Training & Support

Nellie needs a little time to warm up to new people. Patience and gentle introductions at her foster home will be key to helping her blossom.
