Butter Bean

Butter Bean is a sweet and gentle 2.5-year-old, 80 lb male Terrier/Shepherd mix who is ready to find his forever home! He was rescued as a pup with his two sisters and has grown into a sturdy, quiet, and smart boy. Butter Bean was the protective older brother and is accustomed to a ranch or barn environment, spending his days outdoors with livestock. He is socialized with people, other dogs, and children, and has had some limited exposure to cats. While he hasn't lived indoors full-time yet, his sisters have adapted quickly, and he's eager to learn. Butter Bean loves to be petted and is good with kids, though he does bark at a sassy donkey. He's smart, trainable, and devoted, just waiting for a patient family to help him transition to indoor life and show what a wonderful companion he can be.

Ideal Home

Butter Bean would love a home with a yard to run around in and a patient person or family to help him learn his new role as a beloved family pet.

Ongoing Health

All core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), spay/neuter, and microchip are included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

Butter Bean is smart and very trainable, and eager to devote himself to his new family. He will need patience as he learns to live indoors full-time.

Transporation

Butter Bean is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to his new home. We deliver to multiple states on the East and West Coast, including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia.
