Patty

Hi there! I'm Patty, a sweet, curious, and energetic puppy with a heart-shaped nose and a tail that's full of personality, even if it's a little shorter than most! I came all the way from Texas and I'm still getting used to the chilly weather, so I absolutely love snuggling up in a warm blanket. I sleep quietly in my kennel at night and I'm doing a great job with potty training with frequent potty breaks. I really want to be a good girl and learn all about manners, especially polite leash walking. I love treats and I'm eager to learn, so I'm hoping you can teach me! As a puppy, I enjoy playing with toys, especially chew toys and bones. My foster mom throws balls for me, but I'm still learning the fun in chasing them! I also have a tendency to jump up to say hello and show my affection, and while I'm working on this, I'd love someone to help me learn to greet people politely. I've met people of all ages, including children, and I adore everyone! I've also been introduced to a cat who seems to like me, and while I'm a little timid around him now, I think we'll become great friends. I've met some bigger dogs too, and I learn a lot from them. I enjoy running and playing with them in the yard. I'm looking for someone who can see past my initial shyness and recognize what an amazing pup I am!

Ideal Home

A home that will continue to teach me manners, take me on walks, and shower me with cuddles.

Ongoing Health

I am missing part of my tail, but it doesn't affect my personality one bit!

Training & Support

I'm working on potty training and polite leash walking, and I would benefit from continued guidance in these areas. I'm also learning not to jump up when greeting people. I love treats and am motivated to learn new things!
