Chiquita

Chiquita is a beautiful 2.5-year-old Husky cross with stunning coloring and caramel eyes, who is looking for her perfect forever home. She's had a challenging start in life, having survived on food scraps while wandering with her family and even a hurricane, before finding refuge at the SPCA PV sanctuary. Chiquita is a loving and playful girl who enjoys the company of puppies and leans in for snuggles, often flopping at your feet for belly rubs. She can be a bit selective with other dogs, and we believe she would thrive best as the only canine in her new home. While she's occasionally a bit excited around cats, she happily visits with them. Due to her early life experiences, Chiquita hasn't had much exposure to children or large crowds, and we envision her flourishing in a quieter environment away from big cities, ideally in a cooler climate where a Husky mix like her can truly be comfortable. She weighs 55lbs and is spayed, vaccinated, and healthy.

Ideal Home

Chiquita would love a home all to herself, ideally in a cooler climate and outside of a big city. She's had limited exposure to children and large crowds.

Training & Support

Chiquita can be selective with certain dogs and shows occasional excitement around cats. She has not had exposure to kids or big crowds.
