Meet Rosco! This handsome 6-year-old chihuahua mix is back with us after experiencing a heartbreaking loss. Rosco is a little shy at first and needs a moment to feel comfortable in new situations and around new people, but once he does, his sweet and loving personality shines through! He absolutely adores going for walks and is always eager to sample any delicious treats you might have.
