Oakley

Meet Oakley, an adorable deaf puppy with a bright spirit and a whole lot of potential. This sweet boy is currently thriving in a foster home with one of trainers to build confidence and learn the skills every puppy needs.

Oakley is making great progress with socialization, housebreaking, and even learning sign language cues. He is smart, eager to connect with people, and already showing how well deaf dogs can communicate and bond with their humans.

In addition to adjusting to puppy life, Oakley is also recovering from surgery after suffering a broken femur. He remains under the care of a surgical specialist as he continues to heal, and so far he has handled everything with remarkable resilience and a happy attitude.

Oakley will need a patient and committed home willing to continue his training and recovery journey, but for the right family, he is going to make an incredibly rewarding companion. Beneath those puppy antics is a loving little dog who simply wants to feel safe, understood, and part of a family.
