MJ (#MASA52254) is a resilient and affectionate girl who has overcome a difficult past. Found as a stray with wounds and severely underweight, she has blossomed into a confident companion through patience and love. MJ is high-energy, loves to run and play, and is incredibly affectionate with her trusted humans. She enjoys cuddling on the couch and even watching TV with surprising focus!

Ideal Home

MJ would thrive in a single-pet household where she can be the center of attention. She needs an active adopter who enjoys walks, backyard playtime, and building a strong bond. An experienced adopter who can continue providing structure, training, and clear boundaries is ideal. While she was initially cautious around men, she has made great progress and now does well with the male roommate in her foster home after adjusting.

MJ has overcome past medical issues and is now ready for a healthy life in her forever home.

Training & Support

MJ is house-trained and walks well on a leash. She knows "sit" and is currently working on "stay," "down," and polite manners like keeping all four paws on the floor when excited. She will benefit from continued positive reinforcement and consistent training.
