Meet Tank: A Gentle Soul Searching for His Forever Home

Tank is a husky mix, around 3 years old and weighing about 45lbs. He’s a calm, obedient, and incredibly sweet boy who, despite a difficult past, still has so much love to give. Tank’s journey began with isolation and neglect, confined to a horse stall, and then compounded by abandonment when his owner moved away and left him behind. For weeks, he bravely navigated the streets, searching for food and safety, especially during severe storms. Community members noticed his struggle, and after much effort, he was finally brought to safety. Despite everything he's endured, Tank remains hopeful and is eager to find a loving family.

Ideal Home

Tank would thrive in a home where he'll never be left behind again. He'd love to have another dog his size to play with and a warm, comfortable bed to call his own. A human who will love him unconditionally is exactly what he deserves.

Ongoing Health

Tank has no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Tank is kennel trained, knows his commands, and walks beautifully on a leash. He rarely barks and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He absolutely adores human attention.
