Harper is a Dutch Shepherd and Blue Heeler mix with a sweet spirit and a heart full of love. While she may be a little shy when meeting new people, she warms up beautifully once she knows she's safe and loved. She thrives on companionship and absolutely adores affection. Being petted, spending time with her people, and simply being included in daily life are some of her favorite things. Harper is intelligent, curious, and always eager to learn and explore.
