Meet Billie!

Billie is an 8-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs 19 pounds and is packed with personality and charm. This sweet girl is a senior, but she still loves to play, explore, and be right by her favorite humans' side. Billie is a true Velcro dog who forms strong bonds with her people. She would happily spend all day curled up next to her favorite person and prefers to snuggle in a human bed at night, though she tolerates kennel time when needed.

Ideal Home

Billie is potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and gets along well with other dogs. She enjoys exploring the backyard and playing with her people. Billie would likely do best in a cat-free home as she does not appear to enjoy cats and has barked and charged toward them while on leash. She is a door-dasher and escape artist, so she will need a family committed to keeping doors and gates secure.

Ongoing Health

Billie is spayed or neutered, heartworm tested, dewormed, up-to-date on prevention medications, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Billie is potty trained and great on leash. She is affectionate and people-oriented and loves exploring the yard.
