Chino is a sweet 4-year-old Maltese who is looking for a special kind of home. He's a little shy at first and needs a patient person who can show him what it means to be truly loved. Once he feels safe and trusts you, he'll shower you with his whole heart and become your devoted lap dog. He enjoys quiet companionship and is happiest simply being near his favorite person. He’s incredibly treat-motivated, especially when cheese is involved, and he’s working hard to be on his best behavior!
Ideal Home
Chino would thrive with a single adult or older adult who has previous dog experience. He needs a calm and consistent environment where he can build trust at his own pace. He's looking for a home where he can be the sole focus of affection and doesn't need to compete for attention with other pets, as he's not a playful dog and prefers to relax with his person.
Ongoing Health
Chino is a healthy boy who is up-to-date on all his vetting, including vaccinations and preventative care.
Training & Support
Chino is learning to accept affection and build trust. He walks well on a leash and is eager to please, especially for treats. He enjoys quiet time and will happily nap with his person.

Transportation
Chino is located in Texas. We offer nationwide transport for an additional $87 surcharge. This service ensures your pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. We have drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada.
