Sadey is pure sweetness, a caramel-swirled girl who walks around like a warm hug with legs! Her name, S-A-D-E-Y, has a little extra sparkle, just like her. With soft, floppy ears and a smile that could power a small town, Sadey melts into your feet with a full-body lean and dramatic flop when she loves you – which is about three seconds after meeting you. She's unfamiliar with the concept of personal space and believes belly rubs and unlimited kisses are mandatory. We think she's a Lab/Golden Retriever mix, weighing 58 lbs and about 2 years old. She's past the crazy puppy stage and perfectly poised for exploring and napping.
Ideal Home
Sadey would thrive in a home with a semi-active family, ideally with a backyard for playtime. She'd do well with a canine sibling, but also rocks being an only child. She's cat-friendly and gentle with children, though a meet-and-greet is recommended for younger kids. She adores water and would love a home with a pool or nearby water access.
Ongoing Health
Sadey is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea/heartworm prevention, and has been spayed.
Training & Support
Sadey sometimes pulls on the leash out of excitement and will vocalize when she sees friendly faces or dogs. With consistency and structured walks, she's learning to be a more lady-like walker. Her adopters should have some experience and be prepared to provide her with the structure she needs.
