Sweet Summer is an eight-month-old German Shepherd mix who is ready to bring sunshine into your life! She was found alone and underweight, but her spirit remained strong, and she's blossomed into a playful, loving dog. Weighing under 30 pounds, she's a petite bundle of resilience and joy. Summer is especially great with children and would make a wonderful family dog. She can be a bit selective with other dogs, but with proper, slow introductions, she does wonderfully. Her confidence is growing every day as she learns that the world is full of kindness and fun. Whether it's playing in the yard, snuggling on the couch, or entertaining the kids, Summer is ready to be your loyal companion.

Summer would thrive in a home that can continue to help her build confidence. She is great with children and has had positive interactions with other dogs when introduced slowly.
