Gigi is a 58-pound bundle of pure happiness, wrapped in a gorgeous Retriever mix coat. At just 1.5 years old, she's in that perfect sweet spot of being young and playful, yet already easygoing and settled. She’s an all-around happy girl whose whole body wiggles when she wags her tail — which is often! While she can be a little shy at first, it only takes a moment for her gentle licks and joyful tail wags to come out. Gigi walks beautifully on a leash, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and would love a pup sibling to run, wrestle, and share her adventures with. She’s just as happy romping in the yard as she is curling up nearby while you relax. Her bright, sunny spirit is even more meaningful when you know her story. Gigi was rescued from the euthanasia list at a high-kill Texas shelter for no reason other than pet overpopulation. Now, she’s ready to leave those days behind and bring her endless joy, loyalty, and wiggles to the forever family lucky enough to call her their own.
