Meet Mazzy Starr 🌟, a 4-year-old, 42 lb Yellow Lab with a personality as sunny as her name. Hailing from Texas, this "Blonde Bombshell" is currently living her best life in Edgerton, WI. Mazzy is a confident, curious, and devoted companion who believes everyone is there to meet her – and she's usually right! She adores all people, especially handy men, and is ready to pack her bags for anyone with a tool belt. While she's open to polite dog friends, cats are a hard pass as she prefers cardio over coexistence. She's a trustworthy free-roamer and not a fan of crates.

Ideal Home

Mazzy thrives in a home that embraces sunshine, backyard hangs, and neighborhood strolls. A fenced yard is ideal for her to safely stretch her legs. She would prefer a home without big trucks or farm machinery, as these make her uneasy.

Ongoing Health

Mazzy has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which means her skin is more delicate. She requires gentle handling and humans who understand she is a "soft-touch queen." With awareness and supervision, she does beautifully. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vet care.

Training & Support

Mazzy knows "come," "stop," and "hugs." She is housebroken, takes treats politely, and walks nicely on a leash (a gentle leader is helpful when she's excited). She is an excellent car passenger and trustworthy when free-roaming.
