Theodore

Theodore is a 2-year-old Lab/Terrier mix with a bright, busy brain and a heart full of good-boy potential. He has lived happily with other dogs, adores his people, and already knows some handy skills, including how to wait politely for his food. Give him a plan and a kind person to help him follow it, and this boy truly shines! He is smart, affectionate, and ready for a family who sees the gem he already is and wants to help him become his very best self.

Ideal Home

Theodore would thrive in a calm home environment. A home with older teens (16 and up) would be his sweet spot, where everyone can keep the same easy rhythm going together. He has lived with dog friends, but his compatibility with cats is still TBD.

Ongoing Health

Theodore has been neutered and is up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Theodore loves learning the reward-based way, which simply means lots of treats and praise for the right choices instead of any harsh corrections. He feels happiest and most confident when he knows what to expect, so a steady daily routine is one of his favorite things. He is house-trained.
