Howie is located in Southaven, MS. Local adoption fee is $300 for adoptions within the Memphis, TN tristate area. For adoptions outside of the Memphis, TN tristate area, the adoption fee is $600 and includes transport to states like PA, CT, NJ, MD, & VA via a licensed and registered USDA transport company.
