Annie

Annie is a gorgeous 3-year-old female Dutch Shepherd mix with a heart full of love to give! She's a happy, sensitive, smart, and energetic girl who's ready to find her forever family. Annie is house-trained and knows basic commands like "sit," "lay down," and "stay." She walks well on a leash, though her enthusiasm for squirrels might cause a little pull. After a good run at the dog park, she's content to relax for the rest of the day. Annie is a sweet soul who adores cuddling and belly rubs, and she only barks when she hears something suspicious. She weighs 75 pounds and is fully grown. Annie is microchipped.

Ideal Home

Annie would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard, as she's an adventurer at heart and might try to explore the neighborhood if left unsupervised. She is dog-selective but can do well with more submissive canine companions. Due to her high prey drive, she should not be placed in a home with cats or small dogs.

Ongoing Health

Annie is microchipped. We recommend all adopted pets be kept on heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

We believe continued obedience training is beneficial for all dogs, including smart pups like Annie. It's a great way to stimulate her mind and build a strong bond with her new family.
