Peter

Would you just look at this gorgeous boy! Peter is the complete package! He’s a 60-pound lab mix, about 3-4 years old, and is a goofy, sweet, loving, friendly, and adventurous soul. Peter is house-trained, doesn't mind a kennel, and loves car rides. He walks well on a leash, is very smart, and adores receiving belly rubs from his humans. He never meets a stranger he doesn't like and is eager to find his happily ever after. He’s currently in foster care in Louisiana and has been waiting too long for his forever home.

Ideal Home

Peter would be most successful as an only pet or with a female dog, as he enjoys all of his human’s attention.

Ongoing Health

Peter is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites, and on monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. He has a negative heartworm test and a health certificate from a licensed Louisiana veterinarian.

Peter is house-trained and walks well on a leash.

Transporation

Peter is located in Louisiana. Transport to designated New England adopter pick-up locations and NE foster homes is available through Mighty Mutts Shipping, Pets LLC, or CAFA Transport. An additional fee applies for Massachusetts or New Hampshire residents due to state quarantine requirements.
