Romeo

Meet Romeo! What a heartbreaker of a cattle dog mix! He's about 12 weeks old and 12 pounds of pure energy and love. Romeo was found as a stray in Georgia with his mom and siblings. He's an energetic pup who loves to play with other dogs and can also entertain himself. As a puppy, sometimes his "self-entertainment" involves your shoes, but he's learning so much every day! He's shy around humans at first but is learning to play with people and enjoys a good snuggle once he's sleepy.

Ideal Home

Romeo would thrive in an active home where he can be a running or hiking buddy. He would love to have a dog sibling to play with. He would not be happy being left alone in the yard. He has enjoyed playing with young children.

Ongoing Health

Romeo is up to date on immunizations, has been neutered, and is on flea and tick medication as well as heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Romeo is learning to come when called and is working on housebreaking, though he still has occasional accidents. He is learning to walk on a leash and sleeps all night in his crate with no messes, even putting himself to bed! He will bark at cats, but it's out of unfamiliarity and a desire to play.
