About Potato

This gorgeous girl is aptly named Potato due to her spud-like physique. Potato is estimated to be around 12 years old and she came to us after her elderly owner was no longer able to take care of her. Potato came to us at a hefty 45 lbs and is now currently 35 lbs! She's looking for a family who will help her maintain her healthy lifestyle.

Potato is used to having someone home most of the day, so she would greatly benefit from an adopter who is retired or works from home. She loves her people greatly and experiences some separation anxiety when she is left alone. Potato is fostered with children and other dogs and does great. She's a chunky girl who loves her food and would benefit from being separated while feeding.
