Arnie

Arnie is a sweet, tender, loving, and sensitive little Chiweenie who came to us with his brother. While his brother has found his forever home, Arnie is still waiting for his special person! He's a great size at 12 pounds and is estimated to be around 2 years old. Arnie has been living happily in his foster home with other dogs and cats, so he's already a pro at coexisting with other pets. He can be a little shy initially, especially with men, but with a little patience, he blossoms into a loyal companion.

Ideal Home

Arnie is looking for a home where his people are around most of the time, as he doesn't enjoy being crated for long periods. A fenced yard for him to play in and a canine companion to boost his confidence would be wonderful. He absolutely needs a female in his home and a man willing to be patient and let him make friends at his own pace.

Ongoing Health

Arnie's adoption fee includes his vaccinations, neuter, and microchip.

Training & Support

Arnie is house-trained and eager to learn, especially with treats! He already knows "sit," "drop," and "come." He's a wonderful companion who loves his daily walks and playing with his toys and dog friends. He's not dog-reactive and enjoys playing in the yard with his pack.

Arnie is currently in a foster home in San Antonio and can travel to a foster or adopter in the PNW.
