Meet Newton, a charming one-year-old Lab/Pittie mix (breed mix not guaranteed) with an estimated weight of 47 lbs. This handsome boy is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Newton was found as a stray and has blossomed in his foster home, revealing a fun-loving personality and a heart full of affection. He adores being part of the action, soaking up attention and returning it with enthusiasm. His easygoing and friendly nature makes him a delight to be around. Newton has a proven track record of getting along wonderfully with everyone, including young children (even those under six), and has been a hit with his foster's elderly mother. He also enjoys the company of other dogs and has lived harmoniously with multiple canines, as well as cats! He's even shown himself to be trustworthy around chickens. Newton is house-trained, crate-trained, and well-mannered indoors, resting quietly in his crate when his family is away or at night. He travels well and behaves impeccably in public places.

Ideal Home

Newton has a puppy's energy and will need a fenced yard for regular play and multiple daily walks to help him burn off that zest.

Training & Support

Newton knows commands like "sit," "shake," and "kennel," and he's a quick learner. While he can pull a bit on leash, he responds well to corrections and is continually improving.
