Ruby

Ruby is a gentle, funny, and loving adult female Labrador Retriever mix who weighs in at a medium size. She came to us with her pup and they were both adopted. Unfortunately, Ruby was returned through no fault of her own. Her previous family had wonderful things to say about her, noting that she adored their small children. They even shared a heartwarming story about how Ruby was in heaven at a child's birthday party, surrounded by kids running and playing, and the man who returned her assured us, "You do not need to worry about Ruby." She is house-trained and crate-trained, and currently enjoys sharing a foster home with two other dogs close to her size.

Ruby adores children and is good with other dogs. She is house-trained and crate-trained.

Ongoing Health

Ruby is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She tested negative for heartworm and is currently on monthly preventative.
