Granger

Granger is a 54-pound young adult rescue dog who, while initially cautious around strangers, quickly transforms into a loyal and affectionate friend once he trusts you. His unique features include wide-set, beautiful eyes and a charmingly bow-legged stance that gives him a reminiscent bulldog-like appearance. Granger absolutely adores other dogs and is always looking for a buddy to snuggle or play with. He is also wonderful with children, displaying a gentle and amiable nature around them.

Granger thrives in a home where he can socialize with other dogs and is comfortable with children.

Ongoing Health

Granger came to us with frequent upper respiratory infections. After extensive medical testing, it was discovered that he has a fungus that infiltrated his lungs and cervical spine. He underwent a vaccine regimen to stop the progression of the fungus, and he will require this vaccine annually. Despite his medical condition, he continues to thrive and love life!

Training & Support

Granger is both kennel and potty trained, showing he understands boundaries. While he was initially uneasy with car rides, he is gradually becoming more comfortable, demonstrating resilience and an openness to new experiences. His gradual acclimatization to car rides mirrors his overall willingness to embrace change and learn.
