Toto

Toto is a sweet male adult terrier mix who was found as a stray and has clearly been through a lot. He was found being kicked around on a football field by kids, and while we don't know the full extent of what he's endured, it's clear he's become wary of new people and takes time to trust. He is also fearful of being picked up. Toto is looking for a patient and loving home where he can learn that people can be kind.

Ideal Home

Toto would thrive in a calm environment with someone who has a lot of patience and is willing to work with him on building trust. He would not be a good fit for a home with children.

Ongoing Health

Toto has been microchipped. He is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed.

Training & Support

Toto is house-trained. Due to his past experiences, he needs gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to help him overcome his fear of new people and being picked up. He is currently living with other dogs and gets along with them.
