Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• After we review your completed survey, we will contact you by phone or email within three business days.
• An adoption counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions and determine the suitability of a match.
• Clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system.
• We support a 30-day no-fault return policy in which adopters are given the opportunity to find a better match.

Transporation

I am currently located at Pet Central Helps! in the Crossroads Center complex (360 Wylie Drive), Suite 720. We can also arrange adoptions at PetSmart - Bloomington, IL (1606 E. Empire St.) or the Cat's Meow Cafe (507 N. Hershey Rd). Transportation can be arranged to meet you at these locations.
