Nutmeg

Hello there! I'm Nutmeg, a delightful 5-year-old beagle/terrier mix who's about 40 pounds of pure sweetness and fun. I'm housetrained, love to be active with agility and play, but I'm also a champion cuddler who enjoys lounging on the sofa with you. I pay close attention to my people and know my commands well. I've lived with children before and was dearly loved, and I'm also happy to share my life with a dog my size and cats. I do best when there's usually someone around, as I thrive on togetherness. I have a big, beautiful smile and I use it often!

Ongoing Health

I have diabetes, which requires daily insulin injections after breakfast and dinner. This condition will be lifelong, but I'm a pro at sitting perfectly still for my shots, and the staff here will provide thorough training on how to manage my care plan, including injections and meal timings.

Training & Support

I know my commands and focus well on my people. I'm a quick learner and eager to please!
