This sweet, unique-looking lady celebrated her first birthday in the shelter, and then once more thought she had found her forever home. Sadly, life took an unexpected turn, and she's back, still with a hopeful smile and a belief that her perfect people are out there. Jazelle is described as a proper little lady and she truly tries her best to live up to that every day. She's friendly with dogs and kids, and all she dreams of is being part of a loving family who will guide her and never give up on her. Let's make sure her third birthday is spent at home, feeling safe, loved, and celebrated with her forever family on a couch.
